The order becomes binding upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email setting out the details is sent to you.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon handover of the order.
5. Tastings and bookings
Home tastings require a minimum number of guests, as stated on the experience page. The address and date are confirmed by us.
Free rescheduling up to 7 days before the agreed date. Between 7 days and 48 hours beforehand, rescheduling remains possible subject to availability. In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours beforehand, the amount remains payable, as the foodstuffs have already been produced.
Should we have to cancel for reasons attributable to us, you would be refunded in full or rescheduled at your convenience.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable foodstuffs (pastries, entremets) or to leisure services provided on a specific date (tastings).
It remains applicable to non-perishable products that have not been unsealed, such as beers and unused gift boxes, within 14 days of receipt, with return costs borne by the customer.
7. Allergens and compliance
The allergens present in each product are listed on its product page. Our workshops handle gluten, eggs, milk and nuts: cross-contamination cannot be ruled out.
Please notify us of any allergy when ordering. We adapt where possible, and we tell you frankly when we cannot.
8. Guarantees and complaints
The legal guarantee of conformity applies in accordance with Belgian law. Any complaint should be sent to info@sungura.be, quoting the order reference.
If a dispute remains unresolved, the consumer may refer it to the Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be) or to the European online dispute resolution platform.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Walloon Brabant have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer’s mandatory rights.
