At the workshop, among the hops
On-site experience
Tasting beside the hop plants, brewery included

We start outside, by the hop bines climbing up their strings. You crush a cone between your fingers, you smell what the beer will later do with that aroma, and the rest of the tour suddenly takes on a whole new meaning.
Then it's off to the nanobrewery: the vessels, the mashing, the boil, the fermentation. Gaëtan explains the real work, including the instructive failures, and you taste the sweet wort before it becomes beer. It's short, practical, and it stays with you.
The tasting then takes place at the table: four pastry & beer pairings served in the order in which they answer one another. The group stays small, between six and twelve people, so that everyone can ask their questions and leave with answers rather than a leaflet.

Frequently asked questions
Which time slots are available?+
Saturdays at 2 pm and 5 pm, by reservation. The online calendar shows open dates and remaining places; more slots are added as the season goes on.
Can just two of us come?+
Yes. Open slots fill up with other visitors, and that's often very enjoyable. If you'd rather keep it to your own group, you can book the slot privately from six participants.
Is the workshop accessible, and can we come by car?+
The reception, the brewery and the tasting table are all on the ground floor, step-free. Parking in front of the workshop is open and free. Let us know if a participant has particular needs and we'll adapt the visit.
