We come to you with the pairing, the glasses and the story
Gaëtan arrives an hour before your guests with the day's entremets, the beers still chilled, the right glasses for each course and everything needed to plate up neatly on your table. You have no equipment to get out, no crockery to provide and nothing to cook.
The tasting unfolds in four stages. With each course, a dessert and its beer, an explanation of what links them, then the rather satisfying silence of a table all tasting at once. The questions come quickly, about hops, about yeasts, about what you can do at home: that's the best moment of the evening.
The whole thing lasts about two hours and ends when the conversation decides. We leave with the dirty dishes, you stay with your guests and the very pleasant feeling of having organised something people will talk about again.

Frequently asked questions
What do you need on site?+
A table for your guests, a work surface for plating and a fridge or a cool corner if we arrive very early. Nothing else: we bring glasses, plates, cutlery and cool boxes.
Does it work for a team-building event?+
Yes, it's actually one of our most frequent requests. The seated, hosted format gets people talking who don't talk to each other at the office, without role play or forced activities. We invoice with VAT and issue the invoice in the company's name.
Can it be on a weekday evening?+
Gladly, Tuesday to Saturday in the evening, and Sunday afternoon for birthdays. Saturdays in December and May are booked months in advance: book early if your date is fixed.
